If you are dissatisfied upon receipt of your print, a photo received damaged for example, you have 5 working days to return your photograph to me in order to obtain either a refund or an exchange.

Your photographs will be delivered to you, to the address of your choice with Collissimo tracking - Delivery time: 8-10 days depending on the workload of the photographer and the laboratory responsible for printing.
